As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the
sales and group personal training teams. This critical position must have a solid understanding
of sales and operational excellence. As the lead for the sales function, the SM must execute a
lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales as well as
promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. This
leader must pose a high caliber approach to coaching and staff development with a positive
attitude.

Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI's) month over month
Manages studio compliance and brand continuity in all operations
Responsible for managing all aspects of the employee life cycle: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development and more
Curating a positive work environment and goal-driven studio culture
Greeting all who walk through our doors with positivity and a smile
Introduce Orangetheory’s science-backed workouts to any first-time guest
Responding to all member calls, emails, or texts within a timely manner
Giving studio tours, delivering top-notch product knowledge with confidence
Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and achieve their #GOALS
Following up on prospective clients over the phone and/or in-person
Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
Maintaining organization through administrative tasks
Participating in marketing and outreach events
Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Salary + Individual Commission + Opportunity to Bonus Monthly
