Area Fitness Managers are responsible for providing leadership, education and daily direction to the fitness team within the studios that they oversee. With a strong focus on customer service, fitness leadership and member sales and retention. The Area Fitness Manager works in tandem with the Studio Managers and Head Coaches of the supported studios to ensure members enjoy a consistent “Best in Class” OTF experience. Ideal candidates have strong communication, leadership and customer service drive. The Area Fitness Manager must be able to assist with member retention and satisfaction, developing a cohesive, strong, goal-driven fitness coach team and being the primary resource for all things Orangetheory within the studio. The Area Fitness Manager will report directly to the VP of Fitness.

This position will support the 4 current studios in NW Arkansas in an area fitness management capacity. This individual will also have head coach responsibilities for the Fayetteville studio.

Desired Experience: 2 or more years in the fitness industry. Ideally Orangetheory coaching experience of 1 or more years. A current CPR/AED certification is required. A national CPT or GroupX certification from - ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, or NSCA is also required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
